YOUR VOICE MATTERS
We are always interested in your comments and suggestions. All comments will be fully considered when the HIDB is administering our Code and enforcing our Laws.
However, the HIDB cannot give any validity to complaints that are not submitted in writing by mail. See Forms page. Also, be aware that anonymous negative comments or complaints will not receive any consideration as the HIDB believes and upholds that everyone has a right to face their accuser(s).
Consumer issued complaints hold first priority to the Board. Always striving to protect the citizens of this Great State, the HIDB will use every tool available to investigate and process all vetted complaints.
Note: Each party to a complaint will be kept informed throughout the complaint process as the HIDB seeks resolutions that are benefitial to all parties involved. Any illegal acts from either party to a complaint will be forwarded to the Attorney General's Office.
